Comment: Here is the email I sent to parcel safe after buying and fitting one. The MD replied (it was nightime!) within a few minutes, thanking me and saying they were aware of the minor labelling problem - great company, great product - dont hesitate, buy it now!
"Just bought one (via Amazon) and I think its an absolutely great invention - even trained my postman how to use it! Busy giving the ref no. for signed for parcels to people and it seems to work.
I am particularly impressed with the thought that has gone into the kit - the drilling template, the masonry drill etc - all very cleverly done.
However, since nothing in the world is absolutely perfect, can I tell you the one minor error (and if I am the first person to tell you you can send me a prize!): the arrow which tells the postman which way to turn the lock is pointing the wrong way; on my example it has to turn to the left i.e. anti clockwise, but your arrow points to the right, i.e. clockwise.
Congratulations on a great british product nonetheless"

Comment: supurb idea, i live out in the sticks and i work full time so parcels delivered were taken back to the sorting office 12 miles away and only kept there for 5 days, the parcel safe stops all the mucking obout

Summary: Nice idea, but ...
Comment: Nothing wrong with the product but I'm having immense difficulty in getting Parcelforce and Royal Mail staff to use it at all. The best I've managed so far is the parcel being placed in the box and the box not being secured with the lock with no notification put through the door. I'm still having to make trips to the local post depot. The box is on the front of the house and the stickers supplied are in the porch window.

This is a great innovation. I haven't had one minutes trouble with it and the delivery drivers love it. Not one said they wouldnt use and I asked quite a few first before buying. So far so good! When I get home my parcels are safely locked up and waiting. Easy to install (no great DIY experts here!) and yes the arrow on the outside does show the lock turning the opposite way but I just altered it with tippex and no problems at all! (and that it the only reason I deducted one star).

Comment: These parcel safes should become common place because they offer a viable solution to using the internet and post far more.
We are having parcels left in the safe but no delivery man as yet has actually locked the box. Hopefully, in time the delivery industry will catch on.
