Summary: Great for Beginners
Comment: This video explains in detail the basics of Pilates and gives you a good grounding. All the exercises are explained carefully and different ability levels catered for.You will not feel particularly like you are "working out" whilst you do the moves, but you will notice a difference in your body. For me in particular, my abdominals became stronger and my spine lengthened and posture improved.
Once you have worked on this video for a while, you will feel the need to progress to something more challenging.

Summary: harder than it looks
Comment: When i first viewed this without physically joining in I thought this would be another video i would put with my many other ones (on the shelf). However when i joined in i was amazed at the areas it really targets. It is not as easy as it looks and you have to be patient and not rush it, you do feel the benefits afterwards. This will be in my exercise routine for a while to come !!
